First Week of 2010

For the next week I will be training in New Jersey with Professor Ademir in his School, if you want you are invited to train if me, just give me a call. For that Shihan will be teaching the same position and the basics drills. White belts try focus on "escapes" and 3 basic takedowns, Osotogari, Kouchigari and Ouchigari.
